80 rooms in a listed building

Project Description:

  • Design of building services systems (MEP)

  • Supervision of building services systems (MEP)

Execution Period:

2019-2025

During the revitalization of the listed building into a 5-star hotel complex, a comprehensive, energy-efficient building services (MEP) concept was implemented. State-of-the-art heating, cooling, ventilation, and lighting systems were integrated in a way that preserves the building’s character, historic fabric, and surfaces. District heating, district cooling, and custom ventilation systems ensure efficient, low-emission operation.

An intelligent building management system automatically optimizes energy use, comfort, and operational management. All measures were planned in close coordination with heritage conservation authorities, specialist restorers, and regulatory bodies, minimizing visible installations and integrating functional technology discreetly.

The result: a technically advanced luxury complex where historic architecture and contemporary building technology harmoniously coexist.
