COMMERCIAL & INDUSTRIAL BUILDINGS

Im Gewerbepark Grafenschachen wurde das neue Betriebsgebäude der Firma Hydraulik Dunst errichtet. Das Bauvorhaben umfasste drei Bauteile: das Betriebsgebäude, das Heizhaus und die Prüfstraße/Waschbox.

Die Beheizung der einzelnen Gebäudeteile erfolgt über das Heizhaus, inklusive der Lackier- und Sandstrahlkabine im Betriebsgebäude, realisiert durch zwei moderne Hackgutkessel. Die Raumheizung im Bürotrakt wird über Heizdecken umgesetzt, in allen weiteren Bereichen mittels Fußbodenheizung und in den Hallen in spezieller Industrieausführung. Die Kühlung der Bürobereiche erfolgt über Kühldecken, in den Technikräumen über Split-Klimageräte.

Die Stromversorgung wird über eine eigene Trafostation sichergestellt, die Verteilung erfolgt zentral über die Niederspannungshauptverteilung für das gesamte Gelände. Auf den Dächern des Betriebsgebäudes und der Prüfstraße/Waschbox wird eine nahezu flächendeckende PV-Anlage installiert, die sowohl den Eigenbedarf deckt als auch überschüssige Energie ins Stromnetz einspeist.

Seitens TGA wurden unter anderem folgende Tätigkeiten durchgeführt:

• Errichtung einer Heizungsanlage für das gesamte Gebäude

• Errichtung einer Aufzugsanlage im Stiegenhaus

• Errichtung dezentraler Klimaanlagen

• Errichten der Sanitärinstallation

• Anschluss der Ver- und Entsorgungsmedien

• Errichtung einer Trafostation zur Stromversorgung

• Errichtung einer Erdung- und Blitzschutzanlage

• Errichtung einer Photovoltaik-Anlage

Das Ergebnis: Das neue Betriebsgebäude vereint modernste Gebäudetechnik mit nachhaltigen Energie- und Versorgungslösungen. Effiziente Heiz-, Kühl- und Stromsysteme sorgen für reibungslose Abläufe, optimale Produktionsbedingungen und zukunftsfähige Betriebsstrukturen für die Firma Hydraulik Dunst.

Project Description:
In the existing production building of OTTO BOCK Healthcare Products GmbH at Brehmstraße 16 – building 1, a restructuring of the production and testing processes was carried out. In future, the individual production testing departments will also be accommodated in this building. In the course of the reconstruction, individual departments were changed and optimised with respect to location. Existing machinery and equipment was relocated from the previous second location at Kaiserstraße to building 1 at Brehmstraße 16 and integrated into the production and testing process. In addition, production machines no longer in use were eliminated and partly replaced by new machines. The new test area, including the proper infrastructure, was built on the ground floor of building 1. 

Due to the restructuring and integration of new departments, house installation systems and electrotechnical systems had to be reconstructed and extended in order to adapt to the new requirements of the corresponding production- and testing processes. 

The following activities were carried out regarding building installations:

- Adaptation and extension of the house installation systems and the new production and testing processes
- Adaptation and extension of the electrotechnical installation systems to the new production and testing processes
- Integration of the existing and new production and testing machinery into the house installation and electrotechnical systems
- Installation of additional air conditioning systems for the testing process
 

Project Description:

Office spaces for Allianz Elementar Versicherungs AG were built in the existing office building at Bahnhofplatz 1 in Mödling. The new branch accommodates office areas for both Allianz Elementar Versicherungs AG and the vehicle registration office.

The following activities were carried out regarding technical building installations:
- Renewal of the heating system in the entire Allianz rental area
- Installation of a mechanical ventilation system for all office and common areas
- Installation of an air conditioning system for all areas
- Renewal of the entire sanitary installation system in the rental area
- Adaptation and connection to existing supply and disposal systems
